Solution
$(\sim p\to q)\equiv p\vee q$, and $(p\to q)\wedge(p\vee q)\Rightarrow q$ in both cases $p=T$ and $p=F$, so $(p\to q)\to((\sim p\to q)\to q)$ is always true: a tautology.
